Why Win-win PC?
What's in a name? When you use our services and shop with us, you are in a win-win situation- your satisfaction is guaranteed servicewise and pricewise. When customers are winning, so are we. We always follow Rule Number One- if we don't take care of our customers, somebody else will.
Shipping Information:
For custom-built and complete custom-built desktop systems, please allow us build time and test time. We ship within 5-7 business days. We are always looking for ways to expedite shipping without an extra charge.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
For Desktop Systems (Custom-built or Complete Custom-built)
We are a Just-In-Time (JIT) system builder and use quality components so please make sure that you are ordering the system because you need the system and that you like our quality builds and services. Otherwise, cancellation and returns are impossible.
In case of parts being defective, we will replace or exchange the parts for the exact values. We will contact the manufacturer for a replacement and we will get the part(s) needed and you may not need to wait for the replacement part(s).
In the case that we are unable to find the exact same part, we will offer a similar part with the same quality. Depending on the price of the replacement, the customer will get refunded or pay the difference.
For Repairs and Services
When you trust us with the services we offer, there is no way we can let you down. We fix the issue(s) we are asked to fix and we also test if the issue(s) actually got fixed. If it is because of our fault, we will redo at no cost. Please note that viruses/malware can always come back and we are not responsible to fix new viruses/malware.
Please back up your data, if applicable, before ordering our services online or calling us. We are not responsible for loss of data.
