WINWIN PC ... the name says it all. I normally fix my own computer and have had pretty good success in doing so, but this time I was stumped and couldn't get it fixed myself. I saw Thant's sign out in front of his business location and visited his website to learn more of his business and the service he offers. I found Thant to be delightful to deal with in my recent computer repair need.
He is a nice person who is gifted and knowledgeable of computers. He easily and promptly resolved the issues I had been having and explained things to me so that I understood what was going on. I could not have been more pleased with his help in resolving the issues I was having. I highly recommend him to others. Dealing with Thant is a WIN WIN matter indeed!

Recently I discovered Win-Win PC, and had the privilege of asking Thant Naing to fix my home computer system. The computer is old, had been used by another family, was repossessed, supposedly cleaned out, and then sold at auction “as is.” So it had many problems.
Thant’s quick response to my request, his thoughtful and intelligent work, his ongoing communication with me, his thorough hard work, and his efficient solutions were wonderful! Thant informed me of the purpose of every step of the process. He even went beyond fixing the basic problems with my computer system, to installing preventive measures. His customer service skills and respect for people are of the highest level. And when I gave him more than the quoted $35, he even returned some of the payment.
I cannot thank Thant Naing and Win-Win PC enough for his quality of work, for his honesty and work ethic, and for making sure that I am a satisfied customer! Actually, I am MORE THAN SATISFIED and very appreciative! I would encourage many others to accept this great opportunity at Win-Win PC!
